Business Delivery – Office Supplies

 

 

Parks West is pleased to offer two-day delivery within our standard delivery service area, that is, within District 69 on Vancouver Island, B.C., excluding the outer islands.  Presently, we do not offer delivery or shipping outside of our delivery service area.

 

Furniture is excluded from our free delivery services and is subject to a delivery and, if requested, an installation fee. These items typically have lead times of 2 to 6 weeks from the manufacturer.  To place a furniture order, please call 250-248-6764 where we get the necessary details, provide you with a quote and then proceed with your order when you say, “go”.

Parks West delivery time is from Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during regular business hours. We do not leave deliveries at your address if you are absent but will arrange to deliver them to you when you are in.

 

 

Return Policy

 

 

We are happy to accept returns on your purchase within 30 days of your purchase (some exclusions apply).  Any returning product needs to be unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.  Return fees and shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable.  If it is our mistake, we will fix our mistake at no additional cost to you.  Please note, refunds and exchanges require an invoice and verification of your name, address, postal code, and phone number with a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license).  Refunds will only be credited back in the form of payment originally tendered.  If a credit note was used, the amount refunded will go back to a credit note. Items purchased by cheque will be refunded to a credit note. 

Any defective products need to be exchanged according to with the manufacturer’s warranty.

For Businesses Account Holders you may request a Return by emailing order@parkswest.com with your account number, invoice number and product information.

Return Exclusions

Special orders are all final sales.  Defective products need to be exchanged according to with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Computers, Laptops, Printers, Monitors and Other Memory Bits and Bobs can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.  As with other returns, it must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

All downloadable electronic Software purchases are final sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Services are not refundable but are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.

Ink & Toner, that was not special ordered and is in unopened packages, may be returned within 30 days.  Defective products will be exchanged according to with the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

 

Price Changes

 

 

Our pricing and the availability of our products changes throughout the year.  We will update both as necessary and try our best to keep pricing steady but please note, it is subject to change.  While logged in, that pricing is the most accurate available.
